Rule 129
Means bill sent by the National Assembly without suggestion or not returned within the period;-<br>
(1) If the National Assembly sends back the Finance Bill without any suggestions, the Secretary of the Assembly will table the message of that Assembly.
(2) If any money bill is not returned within fifteen days of its receipt by the National Assembly, the Speaker shall inform the Assembly of the same.
(3) The Speaker of the House shall certify the money bill as per sub-rule (1) or (2) in accordance with the Constitution and submit it to the President for verification.
